# Reset or update my password

Do you want to change or update your password? Here's how to reset your password from your personal Invivox account.

#### Step 1 – Log in to your account

* Go to [https://gate.invivox.com/](https://gate.invivox.com/)    
* Enter your email address and current password, then click **Log in**

#### Step 2 – Access your profile

* At the top right of the screen, click on your name
* From the dropdown menu, select **My Profile**

#### Step 3 – Open your security settings

* In the menu on the left, click **Security**

#### Step 4 – Change your password

* In the **Connection methods section** (right side of your screen), click **Password**
* **Two fields will appear: enter your new password** in both fields
* Then click **Save** to confirm your new password

|| Choose a secure password with at least 12 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (e.g., @, %, !)

### ⚠️  **Common issues and solutions:**

* **I don’t remember my current password:**
→ On the login screen, click “ **Forgot your password?**” to receive a password reset link by email


* **My new password isn’t accepted:** 
→ Make sure it meets the security criteria: at least 12 characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character
