Reset or update my password

Do you want to change or update your password? Here's how to reset your password from your personal Invivox account.

Step 1 – Log in to your account

Go to https://gate.invivox.com/

Enter your email address and current password, then click Log in

Step 2 – Access your profile

At the top right of the screen, click on your name
From the dropdown menu, select My Profile ** **

Step 3 – Open your security settings

In the menu on the left, click Password and Security

Step 4 – Change your password

In the Connection methods section (right side of your screen), click Password
**Two fields will appear: enter your **new password in both fields
Then click Save to confirm your new password

Choose a secure password with at least 12 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (e.g., @, %, !)

⚠️ Common issues and solutions:

I don’t remember my current password:

→ On the login screen, click “ Forgot your password?” to receive a password reset link by email

My new password isn’t accepted: ****

→ Make sure it meets the security criteria: at least 12 characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character
