If a payment fails, try another payment method or double-check your banking details. If the problem persists, please contact support.
If you receive an error after using your credit card on Invivox:
- Check your payment information
Make sure you have entered your credit card number correctly, that your card has sufficient funds, and that it has not expired.
- Contact your bank
Sometimes your credit card payment may be incorrectly declined by your bank. If you have entered your information correctly but still encounter issues, contact your bank or card provider. Provide them with the amount and date of the attempted payment so they can authorise the transaction.
Try another payment method
If the problem continues with your credit card, or if you prefer to use a different method, contact us to arrange an alternative payment option.
