How to register someone other than yourself
Invivox allows healthcare professionals to register a colleague or team member for a course, webinar, or educational content. This feature is especially useful for training managers, medical secretaries, or service coordinators who handle registrations for their team.
Step 1 - Create an account or log in
- New users: Click Sign Up, fill in your professional details, choose a secure password, and select your specialty
- Existing users: Click Log In and enter your email and password
Step 2 - Select “For someone else”
Choose For someone else instead of the default Me option.
Step 3 - Fill in the participant’s information
Provide the following details for the participant:
- Full name
- Email address
- Specialty
- City and country of practice
Check the two mandatory boxes for the terms & conditions and privacy policy, then click Next
Step 4 - Confirm the information
Verify all details and click Complete registration
Step 5 - Payment (if applicable)
- Free courses: Click Complete My Registration to finish and access your Dashboard
- Paid courses: Click Complete My Registration, then choose a payment method: credit card or bank transfer
Step 6 - Confirmation
- After payment, both you and the registered participant will receive a confirmation email
- The participant will also receive an email inviting them to finalise their Invivox account by setting a password, which will give them access to their Dashboard
⚠️ Common issues and solutions
- I didn’t receive the confirmation email
→ Check your spam/junk folder
→ Make sure the email address provided is correct
- The participant didn't receive the email / can't create their account
→ Ask them to check their spam/junk folder for the invitation email
→ Verify the email entered during registration is correct
- The “For someone else” button doesn’t appear
→ Some courses requiring a pre-registration questionnaire cannot be registered for another person
