How to Register

Invivox provides healthcare professionals with easy access to online courses, webinars, and educational content.

Follow these steps to register for a course or content:

Step 1 - Create an account or log in

• New users: Click Sign Up, fill in your professional details, choose a secure password, and select your specialty
• Existing users: Click Log In and enter your email and password

Step 2 - Complete the registration form

• Fill out the registration form
• Check the 2 boxes that appear on the screen (training terms & conditions + honor declaration)
• Click Next

Step 3 - Finaliser votre inscription

• Free courses: Click Complete My Registration to finish and access your Dashboard.
• Paid courses: Click Complete My Registration, then choose a payment method: credit card or bank transfer

⚠️ Common issues and solutions

• I haven’t received the confirmation email

→ Check your spam or junk folder

→ Make sure the email address provided is correct

• I can’t log in

→ Make sure your credentials are correct

→ Use the Forgot Password function to reset your password

• The “Register” button doesn’t appear

→ The green “Register” button is located on the right side of the registration page on desktop, and at the bottom of the screen on mobile. If you can’t see it, the issue is likely due to your browser or system. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox and ensuring your browser and system are up to date.

→ Check that the course is still available and that registration is open
