# How to delete my account

If you no longer wish to use Invivox, here's how you can close your account and remove all associated data directly from your personal dashboard

#### Step 1 – Log in to your account

* Go to [https://gate.invivox.com/en](https://gate.invivox.com/)
* Enter your login details (email and password), then click** Log in**

#### Step 2 – Access your profile

* At the top right of the screen, click on your **name**
* In the dropdown menu, select **My Profile**

#### Step 3 – Delete your account

* Scroll down the page until the red **Delete my account** button appears
* Click on this button
* Enter your **password** to confirm your identity
* Then click **Delete** to permanently confirm the deletion of your account
