How to delete my account

If you wish to cancel your Invivox Account, please send a message toVous souhaitez quitter la plateforme Invivox et supprimer définitivement votre compte ? Voici comment effectuer cette démarche directement depuis votre espace personnel.

Step 1 – Log in to your account

Go to https://gate.invivox.com/en
Enter your login details (email and password), then click Log in

Step 2 – Access your profile

At the top right of the screen, click on your name
In the dropdown menu, select My Profile

Step 3 – Open your personal information

On your profile page, in the left-hand menu, click Personal Information

Step 4 – Delete your account

Scroll down the page until the red Delete my account button appears
Click on this button
Enter your password to confirm your identity
Then click Delete to permanently confirm the deletion of your account

Warning: This action is irreversible. You will lose access to your courses, history, and all data associated with your account.
