How do I update my profile information?
Keeping your profile up to date on Invivox allows you to receive personalized recommendations and ensures your professional information is accurate. This guide walks you through step by step on how to update your personal information on the platform.
Step 1 - Log in to your account
- Click “Sign Up / Log In” at the top right of the page
- Select “Log In”
- Enter your email and password
Step 2 - Access your profile
- Once logged in, click on your name at the top right
- From the drop-down menu, select “My Profile”
- In the left-hand menu, click “Information”
Step 3 - Update your personal information
You can update the following information:
- Title (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.)
- First & last name
- Date of birth
- Job title
- Specialty
- Type of practice (e.g., hospital, private)
- City & country of practice
- Language
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing information
⚠️ Common issues and solutions
- I can’t update my email address
→ Check your spam or junk folder
→ Make sure the email address you entered is correct
→ Confirm that the desired notifications are enabled in your settings
- I don’t see the option to edit certain information
