# How do I obtain my certificate of attendance?

### What types of certificates can I obtain on invivox?

On invivox, you can obtain two types of certificates:
* Certificate of attendance: issued when you have completed an online course or participated in certain webinars.
* Certificate of completion: issued when you have successfully passed the quiz(zes) of an online course.
⚠️  Not all courses that include quizzes provide a certificate


### How do I download my certificate of attendance?
Once you have completed your online course, you can download your certificate directly from the course card

### How do I download my certificate of completion?
After successfully passing the quiz(zes), your certificate of completion is available on the course completion screen.

### How do I obtain a certificate of participation for an event?
Certificates of participation are issued under certain conditions:
* You must have attended the event (either in person or online).
* A minimum attendance time may be required.
* You may be asked to complete one or more questionnaires, especially if the course provides continuing education credits.
* These questionnaires can be completed during the session or afterward, either online or on-site.
