How do I obtain my certificate of attendance?

On invivox, you can obtain two types of certificates:

Certificate of attendance: issued when you have completed an online course or participated in certain webinars.
Certificate of completion: issued when you have successfully passed the quiz(zes) of an online course.

⚠️ Not all courses that include quizzes provide a certificate

Once you have completed your online course, you can download your certificate directly from the course card

After successfully passing the quiz(zes), your certificate of completion is available on the course completion screen.

Certificates of participation are issued under certain conditions:

You must have attended the event (either in person or online).
A minimum attendance time may be required.
You may be asked to complete one or more questionnaires, especially if the course provides continuing education credits.
These questionnaires can be completed during the session or afterward, either online or on-site.
