# How do I join a webinar?

You can join a webinar from the **"My events"** section of your invivox account. Upcoming courses will display a **“Join”** button in the webinar card.
You will also receive the link by email 24h before the webinar. emember to check your Spam folder in advance.

Please log in 5 minutes before the start and check your internet connection quality.

### Technical Requirements

You will need a computer or mobile device, a stable internet connection, a modern browser, and for live sessions, a webcam and microphone.

**Operating System:**
* Windows 7 or later
* Mac OS X 10.6 or later

**Supported Browsers:**
* Google Chrome 45+
* Mozilla Firefox 49+
* Safari 10+
* Microsoft Edge 15+

**Internet Connection:**
A download speed of **5–10 Mbps** is recommended.
