How can I manage my notifications?
Invivox allows you to customize your notifications so you can stay updated on trainings, webinars, and content relevant to your medical practice. This guide explains how to access and adjust your notification preferences.
Step 1 - Log in to your account
- Click “Sign Up / Log In” at the top right of the page
- Select “Log In”
- Enter your email and password
Step 2 - Go to notification settings
- Once logged in, click on your name at the top right
- In the drop-down menu, select “My Profile”
- In the left-hand menu, click “Communication”
Step 3 - Customise your preferences
You can enable or disable email notifications for:
- Following institution pages
- Receiving Invivox updates
- Opting in to Surveys
⚠️ Common issues and solutions
- I’m not receiving email notifications:
→ Check your spam or junk folder
→ Make sure the email address you provided is correct
→ Confirm that the desired notifications are enabled in your settings
→ Don’t forget to save your changes
