# Cancellations & Refunds

###### Participant cancellation

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least **30 business days** before the course date.
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are **non-refundable**.
Certain exceptional circumstances may allow for a full refund. If you believe this may apply to you, please email valerie@invivox.com for assistance

All  cancellation/refund requests must be submitted by **email to [valerie@invivox.com]()** or via the **chat**.

###### Cancellation by the organiser

If a training session is canceled by the organiser, participants will receive a **full refund**.
