Cancellations & Refunds

Participant cancellation


To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 business days before the course date.

Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.

Certain exceptional circumstances may allow for a full refund. If you believe this may apply to you, please email valerie@invivox.com for assistance


All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted by email to [valerie@invivox.com]() or via the chat.


Important: Some organizers may have specific cancellation and refund policies. Always check the training details before registering.


Cancellation by the organiser


If a training session is canceled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund.
