Cancellations and Reimbursements

Cancellation by the attendee

For a full refund, cancellation must be made 30 business days prior to the date of the course*.

If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, the course is non-refundable.

Please, take into account that the Invivox service fees are non-refundable.

*Certain special circumstances may permit a full refund (course + service fee)

Cancellation by the Trainer / Institution

If the course is cancelled by the Trainer / Institution (or in case of the unforeseen events as COVID-19) the attendee will be refunded in full (course fee + service fee).
